Please can you make sure that your proposals for any changes to the rules or constitution are in by 1st of September.
Anything received after this date will not be put forward to the meeting....
You will receive notification of all proposals and will be able to vote at the AGM
You can send your proposals by email or hand written proposals can be handed in at the Nelson
